Once you get this straightened out, your funds will be exempt. BK is probably not necessary, because you are probably judgemetn proof. Find the Law that pertain to these funds being exempt.
Send a certified letter to the bank, letting them know what these funds are from, what laws make them exempt, and you will hold them accountible for honoring any illegal seizure of your funds, and any consequencses that result from them not protecting your money from these scumsuckers.
These bankers and their attitudes really piss me off.
Find the state statutes, make copies and shove them down the ass**** bankers mouth who said they will not help you.
Once this is straightened out you should be in position for smooth sailing dispite the piece of crap attorneys collectors.
