actually, here it takes more time to go 20 miles than to the coast. it hits 3 diff areas and comes back here. stupid. but they attempt several times, yes. and yes, they can refuse it. in which case it comes back to you that way. it takes 5 days to cross texas and go 10 miles...2 days to hit ark. dont ask me why. lol. but, sure they can stall. it doesnt go directly to the city. goes several places in-between , usually miles out of the way. from here...it goes 3 hours away to ft worth..then another..then back to my town. i would simply send it here to begin with..but who am i to question our wasteful, time consuming, postal service??? easier to truck the mail out of the way and back than keep it here??? duh. good luck! im still waitin on a CRRR, also.
