at the BK hearings..you all call them creditor somethings, sears has been known to show up at a few and take back the merchandise. they leave early and only target a few each time to get back the things. so, maybe,,,, the court sure wont make you but sears may show to demand it back. and yes, i SAW IT happen before anyone yells at me. this is in texas and only what i saw. others sears simply ignored. they do not force you to sell it, they simply take it back. on some.
