i havent been on in a while but I LOVE how your attacking the arbitration with MBNA & the crooks at W & A becouse together their nothing more than common thives ! ummmmmm whats the difference between getting held up in a dark alley at gun point by thugs in masks or held up thru the fixxed arbitration by W & A along with MBNA ?? well at least with crooks in a dark alley you have a fighting chance but with the crooks at W & A you lose all your rights dealing with BS arbitration if they get their way becouse consumers lose 98 % of the time , hey its rigged so of couse we'd lose .. despite what people sign in the card agreements MOST people have no clue what arbitration is but besides that this is america AND reguardless what shame the credit card industry says as an american we all have rights to the court system win or lose .. i know this arbitration garbage is STILL in the courts but as slow as the courts are no telling when a final decision well be made .. i like the rico claim becouse that was 1st used to defeat the mob 25 yrs ago but it sure does apply here too , just my opinion though kel ........
