not legal summons. scare thing. if they dont file a suit after threatening it, it is a violation. keep those papers!!! or it wouldnt be legal in texas,,,,anyways. keep close eye on your courthouse, again you have them for illegal service. not sure your state, in texas it must be a process server, a constable, a sheriff deputy,. someone licensed. course here they can stick on your door, too! lol. every state is diff on the laws for service. but this is total illegal. keep the proof, and watch the courthouse for something to be actually filed. amazing the sh** they go to to scare people, isnt it?
