ps...i ran into that sorta but all the companies say is they didnt receive the papers. try to prove they didnt. lol. many have places in many states and only one proper dept to deal with the papers. if sent to the wrong one, they simply throw them away. sure one can sue...but again i ran into i didnt have the 1500 my lawyer wanted to fix what he screwed up. so i still got foreclosed on with no court hearing..no nothing.
