if your POSTIVE on your SOL, ignore them,. arbitration would take longer than the month you have left. be CAREFUL asking for validation or a full cease and desist INSIDE SOL!!! just a scum collector who looks like you have delayed perfectly. ignore things one more month..if your SURE thats the right date. arbtiration means nothing...just some stupid thing they do to look good in court. watch in case they file a time barred suit and use SOL as your defense. and show up in court so they wont get a default judgement.
