hey BD , yeah being a NEVADA resident does have advantages when it comes to credit issues but please remember that just becouse their out of state they can ALWAYS hire representation here in NEVADA to sue so be careful ok , its just they have to actually hire a NV attorney & of course that costs money .. i dont know of your exact situation but if you have NO or very little assets your prolly gonna be fine they wont bother you BUT IF they feel like you have money & assets ( home & bank accounts w enough cash in the account )they may spend the money to sue so just keep your ears open till your accounts at or past SOL ( 4 yrs NV ) then simply send them the SOL letter off of whychats site than you'll be fine :) ..... goodluck , kelly from laughlin ...........
