Thanks for your responses. I have stopped answering the phone and am watching caller ID before I pick up. These CA scum had the nerve to even tell me I had "no honor" because I'm not paying my bills and that when I got the credit card I signed an agreement that gives up all my rights so I have no rights. With being in couseling for depression and anxiety due to the disability, loss of job, Social Security Disability taking so long for decision, and then trying to deal with paying electric, gas, etc. each month, the last thing I need are these dirtballs harassing me, which is what they were doing. In fact, I checked out Bud Hibbs website and found them as being one of the CAs he thinks are so bad and to not deal with them at all. I don't have the money to file for bankruptcy, otherwise I would have done so already. Thanks for the responses.
