I've dealt with Mann Bracken and I know that lots of people have different opinions on this forum about sending or not sending Validation requests and Cease and Desist, but I was threatened by them with their Arbitration scam and sent them a Validation request and Cease and Desist and they have clammed up for over 2 years.
