You told someone from California, Heather, that [and I quote] "Yes, Ca. is the only State I know of that has a shorter SOL for credit cards that were obtained without an application being signed." Are you referring to the pre-approved offers we used to get in mail all the time? The actual credit card did not come with these offers. But, all you were required to do is sign them and, sometimes, put in your social secutity number, send it back and within a short time you received your card.
