Hello! I had thought I had cleaned up all my past debt. I just recently bought a truck and was able to finance through Ford plus was able to get new credit card. Out of the blue this company is calling my mother and myself. I asked them to quit but they say they need to be informed in writing-so fine-I am overnighting a letter from Fair Debt site. I can only think of a credit card debt from long ago-how do I find out if it was charged off or will LHR send me correct info? I live in Iowa and cannot even remember name of credit card( it was that long ago)Thanks in advance.
