who knows if they will sue or not. maybe..maybe not. their just pissed cause you quit paying. ask the bank and see if you can stop the check. CAs will take more...and again and again with one phone check. if they wont..change accounts..or banks. i wouldnt trust them to stop it at all..and "we will sue" is their fav expression. once a CA smells money,,you have a helluva time calming them down. (picture starving animals) they now think your a mark..a easy mark..and will prolly put more pressure than ever. ignore it.
