i would pick it up. i doubt its a suit..not in tex anyways..thats not proper service. check in your state for "proper service" but i would get it anyways. they may just be blowing smoke so it "looks official" but save yourself the wondering. even if it cant be delivered...returned is still proof in court they tried. you dont have to respond to it..but it may valuable proof of something in the future.
