The same happens to me all the time, and we've been divorced almost ten years. Not to mention he filed bankruptcy some years ago.

Your address is on her credit report, or her name is still on your credit report. Nothing you can do about her credit report, but you need to opt-out (see Why Chat's website posted under the "Newcomers" post) of all pre-approved offers, order your own credit report, and then start cleaning it up of extraneous info.

Another benefit of opting out is you can help prevent her poor credit from bleeding over to your credit report. CA's have a way of poisoning credit reports in the hopes that someone will care enough about their credit to pay them...whether they're responsible for the alleged debt or not.
