State is Florida Served with Complaint, filed answer within 30 days. Also included in Answer 'Claim for Exemption and Request for hearing' regarding exemption from garnishment based on head of household. According to online court docket the Clerk has set a court hearing. I don't see that the CA filed for a summary judgment(nor have I received any further paperwork) and I haven't received notification from the clerk's office or the CA of the hearing(as of yet). I know I have to show up for the court hearing, but what should I expect? After I filed my answer I DV'd the CA. The 30 days for them to respond with the verification/validation will be up before the court hearing, but I haven't received anything from them to date for validation. If they don't validate how do I argue that at the hearing, assuming they show up??? Any help much appreciated!! Thanks
