You've done well. However, linking your mom's account to your PayPal account is risky. PayPal accounts are money market accounts and could possibly be discovered in a paid asset search. PayPal *will* disclose information if collectors contact them. (They're backed by a German bank, so what do they care?) Best not to have any transfer of funds between your mother and yourself prior to bankruptcy. Cash only is the way to go, as difficult as that may be at times.
