I NEVER suggest anyone send ANYTHING to a CA if they are within SOL, UNLESS they are "judgment proof".

IF the CA is harrassing someone by phone or at work, a simple request not to call at either place, in writing,sent certified mail is enough.

ANY kind of FORMAL cease and desist, (even a "limited" one) may be enough to trigger a lawsuit.
