Seriously what is the light at the end of this tunnel? Settling with them and getting everything I want in writing or going to court and praying they dont show up? It seems since the lawyers office is right across the street from court building that isnt going to happen. If this leads to a judgement then I will file BK, and I dont want that to happen, I want this to be settled and to go away, but I hate paying Sherman, and it will be a disaster Im sure trying to get my CR to look the way I want it to. Ugh its a shame that money comes and then it goes!
