I posted on the 15th regarding a check that was returned from Allied Interstate. They now have my bank account info and I know I should do a fraud alert on my account. Will this cause problems if I write a check somewhere? Will it cause problems with my bank?
I have a ChexSystems record and I had to negotiate with my current bank to get an account. I have a good history with this bank right now.

Also, the reason the $73.56 check was returned was because I wrote an endorsement guarantee on the back stating that endorsement guarantees that said account number is paid in full. They returned it "endorsed" with "Without Prejudice" stamped on the front. Is this refusal of payment? Is there even such thing?
J Kelly suggested I send the SOL letter, but I honestly don't think it's out of SOL (Utah). I think it's only about 3 years old. What is the SOL in Utah for a cell phone bill? It was originally AT&T Wireless. It is not listed on my credit report by any party.
