not sure anything can be done QUICKLY with credit. the wheels turn slowly. keep it as in dispute..make sure no one has done a sneaky judgement on you..wait out the few months you have left, then hit them with both barrels. they can not attach any fees to a bought account..per fed law. im sure your mortage people know this and will disregard it. dont wake up the CA...not yet..soon...soonnn...be loading up for when you can. i doubt the mortgage co will care...truthfully its too old.....esp. telling them your side. OPT OUT. now. before prgressive finds out you want a house and will hit the courts on ya for it..
