The judgment may have been filed, but not neccessarily ENTERED, call the Court and see if it was actually entered. It may have NAMED both of you, but unless the debt was in BOTH your names, no valid judgment could have been entered. Sometimes the CRA reports pick up an unadjudicated filing of a claim for judgment, when there is actually NO judgment entered on the records.
