Yes, the last payment I made on this was 9/2002. I live in Iowa. I guess what I really want to know is: What are my chances of getting this dropped/dismissed? Is it worth spending a few hundred dollars or more to get an attorney to look at this? Is he going to ask if the debt is really mine? If so, what should I say? Does it matter? The questions!?!?!
