A few weeks ago I posted about Great Seneca suing for an $8,000 debt. I thought for sure they didn't have any documentation. Well I answered denying about everything they claimed thinking they would have to prove something. Well today I got a "packet" of interrogetories and a copy of a credit card statement with my name and address on it. They also sent a copy of the Terms and Conditions of the card. There is NOTHING with my signature on it however. Should I continue to deny deny deny until they produce something with a signature? Get a lawyer to represent me? or just roll over and save the money and accept the judgement without a fight? Thanks!!
