You are judgement proof. This is 10 years old, long passed the SOL. They can not sue unless you signed something restarting the SOL. Sorry to say it, but you made a mistake. These things should have dropped off of your credit report after 7 years from time of last payment(before the debt management company) Not sure if signing with the debt managment company re-started the SOL or not. Hopefully, somebody else will chime in here.
