It will tell you what to do. You don't have to make yourself judgement proof, you are judgement proof. That means they can not take any of your possessions and they can not put you in jail. They can't garnish your wages because you don't have a regular paycheck. They might be able to take money out of your bank account IF THEY GET A JUDGEMENT, so you should close the bank account you have now if you ever used this bank account to pay the original creditor. Open a new bank account in a different bank. If you are married, put your spouse as primary. Give them her/his social security number first. Check to see if they have filed a law suit against you. Call the courthouse or go there. If you go there, take the summons with you and they should be able to tell you if it is real.
