Last May, I got a summon regarding a lawsuit from a debt from credit card company filed by lawyer here in Florida.Im on the process of filing bankruptcy so my lawyer said to ignore the summon. So now I just got a letter from the lawyer's office that they are filing a default judgment against me. How long does this take and whats the next step???Pls let me know. Thnks
