lol,, headless bugs. im sorry B...what a hassle. actually they do this..if one doesnt pay what they demand..regardless of any legality..they simply decide to make your life hell. over. and . over. its like a 3 yr old who has no clue how to behave. he wants..and if he dont get...SOMEONE will pay. it has nothing to do with business...or laws..or even morals. its..they want...and if you dont play right..you will suffer. its total CRAP. go get em , my friend..i will pull for ya every step and should you need to scream...just mail me and scream. :) did they verify ? when they do....sue them. you know the drill on complaints. if they verify..in writing..you got em. by the errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....well, you get it!!! since they have none of the above mentioned parts. the CRAs will set it as "disputed", they dont need MCM to tell them to do that. once verified..their f***ed. not verified..it comes off. verified...they admitted they just sent incorrect info on purpose to the CRAs. you know what that means. federal law makes that a no-no. they have 30 days...what? 3 more weeks? they want that info on you to sell and use later. you know that, you do not have to prove its right..they do. dont send nothing. dont tip your hand. SOL dont matter to them,dont waste a stamp. AG..FTC..but let them hang themselves...realllllly good. dont nip this till it blooms, B. :)) they want you to do the job..then MCM will quietly back off..and wait again to mess with you. they want to know what you have..what you kept, and what your doin,. patience..grasshopper. let them hang themselves. hugsssss my friend:) until then , it shows in dispute and wont hurt your credit. just how i would do it! my 2 cents:)
