while you wait on others who know legal things..check out whychats site on repos. they are a bit diff than cc debt. and other exemptions for your state. yeah, its a violation but they all do it and you wont stop them. let em yell. ignore it. and i took care of my parents too...hugssssss and good luck..thats a very hard job to do. others will be along to help on the technical details..:)
