I am usually all for letting sleeping dogs lie, but I am closing on a mortgage soon. I was so embarassed about the judgment, I just said it would be taken care of by closing.

I assume that they'll just verify it with the courthouse, and there's no order to garnish or anything like that..just the judgment. It was over past due rent & eviction.
