well, basically pardon me but you didnt say all that. you said..i want this to go away. i dont want to fight anyone. so......i missed part of the story. that is not fraud. fraud is intentionally making a debt without any intent to pay. i had all intents to pay my debts..unfortunately life and illness and 9/11 ended that. had i entered the debts with no intent to ever pay it back..that is fraud. now that sounds like a CA line. sorry. but it does..that what they tell us...we are committing fraud. so im still wary of you and i apologize but its a flag. legally escape from a debt??? i am not not trying nor is anyone here..trying that. we dont have the money TO pay it. big diff. im sorry..but maybe im confused. you would go to court but no one is calling you-- but they are cops showing at your door? SOL=statute of limitations to bring a valid lawsuit. CA=collection agent. so, you got a bad attorney. many out there. dont let his attitude color yours/ you tried ONE lawyer. call others.

anyways..this is all too confusing to me and makes no sense, as your story is changing. i withdraw frm further posts to you,. you are not giving enuff information..to make a educated reply. had you ignored a court order for assets...yes, you can be arrested for contempt. not arrested for owing a debt. however..THAT IS NOT how it would be done. they would have cause to enter your home to serve a warrant..they would not threaten you with it.and they would tell you why they are there. .and im sorry, but none of this makes sense to me at all. i hope others can help you...good luck. unsecured loan means it has no material property to back it up ie: collateral. house..car..jewelry.land.etc. you better call a lawyer and get educated, is my best advice. guard your assets..do what the court tell you when they tell you..and fight back against this mess. file exemptions with the court. anyways..sorry. maybe others can make sense of this.
