I don't want to go bankrupt for $11,000
Any other way out ?

At this point, there is very little you can do if you don't have grounds to vacate the judgment. The other solution is to work out a payment plan with the creditor and pay them. Otherwise, they will take your nonexempt assets and make a move to garnish wages and/or bank accounts. The judgments can and do stick out a very long time in New Jersey.

Every legal action that they take to sieze your assets such as garnishments and bank levys will appear on the public record portion of your credit report and they will stay there for seven years from date of entry.

They can make your life miserable. YOu may not have a lot of choice at this point but pay them.

If you try and hide your assets at this point while this is going on, the other side will go to court and ask for sanctions to be placed against you and that will compound situations. YOu don't want to give the appearance at this point of hiding your assets.

Good luck. I am sorry that I can't be of any more help.
