The Bud Hibbs method is the same as an informal bankruptcy. You pick and choose which unsecured creditors you cut off. Then you send validation letters and cease and desists to get right in their face with a sue me or go away attitude, or you just completely ignore them acting like they don’t exist. The fact is that most unsecured creditors won’t sue someone with multiple charge offs if that person has the ability to BK to back them up.

It’s a partial BK without going to court. You have rotten credit for 7 years, but you do it on your own terms. I wasn’t aware that he had any pay service he was offering. Anything he says on his website, you can do yourself. His information on the various collection agencies is spot on excellent and truthful.

It’s also similar to “debt elimination” but without paying for the expensive dogmatic nonsense that the banking system is illegal. You just present the creditors with a put up or shut up attitude. Sue me or go away is your stance. If you live in a short SOL state, it is VERY much an alternative to bankruptcy if you don’t want to go that route.
