What do you need to know? Sherman is a scum CA. They lie and threaten. I found that the best thing I did for myself was to ignore all CAs. I had 13 charge offs. (accident) couldn't pay, and quickly found that the creditors did not care about my situation. I actually put my phone on fax or awhile. Later, I watched caller ID, let the machine pick up. If you don't talk to them, they can't harass you. They will lie, they will threaten, most of their threats are bogus to scare you. So, protect your assets the best you can. Protect your banking info. Do it NOW. If you have any accounts with BOA, close them now. Get account with a differnt bank with someone else as primary, if possible. If there is anything I can answer let me know. I will do my best.
