You need to call the courthouse. Each court and its forms are different. Ask if they have a standard answer form and also ask if they have a "Pro Se Help desk" of some sort who can help you out with them. If you are completely lost on all of this, you need to find an attorney to help you and not waste your 28 days. You'll only get generalizations here.
