Good, then you really don't have to worry. There is a case from the Indiana Court of Appeals (Spears v. Brennan) that pretty much set the rules here for how validation is to occur, and in the case the defendant won because the plaintiff failed to produce sufficient validation. So, if in my suit they decide to continue this law suit, I will make sure they produce everything that they are supposed to.

I guess we have both learned a lesson, never talk to a CA on the phone no matter what.
