I have just received a Statement of Claim (Complaint) General Reissue (do not know what general reissue means) also from Bank of America/Nationsbank of Delaware, NA. Do not know if BOA sold my account or what. However, I was into one of those debt management things and they messed me all up. Do not do this. Bank of America has not tried to contact me whatsoever in about 10 months. They charged my account off but I am now being sued. They are threatening to garnish my wages and sell my house. Any advice or has anyone been through this?
