There is no law that says you have to talk to CAs when they call. If you don't have an answering machine, get one and let them talk to a machine. You can also send them a cease and desist letter. If they continue to mess with you, contact the FTC and report them! If they are dumb enough to file suit against you, hang them out to dry for knowingly filing a frivous lawsuit.
