You owe nothing on your husbands credit cards -- but the companies will lie and cheat to get you to pay anyway.

I would not advise them of my assets. Why? If you don't pay what they want, then they already have a map on what to seize.

You tell them what you can pay. And please only the original creditor -- not a CA, pay a CA nothing.

Tell them you can afford this amount -- take it or you are filing BK.
