Hold your course, my dear. They told me the same thing. They took every single minute of the time they had between pretrial and trial to come up with documentation, but never found any. They gave up as soon as I stood before the judge, determined as ever to fight it out with them.

So have courage and don't say a word to them right up to the final hour. Midland will get people to sign for a payment plan in court (because they're scared out of their wits and unprepared), but never tell them that it is a CONSENT TO JUDGMENT!! Please don't fall for that.
