cerified return receipt requested. a thing the post office does to make sure a letter is delivered and they sign for it and return a card to you, showing proof something was received. (so you can prove you asked for validation or cease and desist in court and they wont say they didnt receive it) they will send you a plain letter..prolly many..tho..its the calls that are so abusive. if you truly think its not yours..ask for validation ..they must stop collecting until they provide it. check your credit reports to make sure they havent sent something on it..and dispute it..if proven the agency must send you the proof and then you argue it with the reporting company. quite likely it isnt even you..they shotgun anyone with the same or close names..hoping someone will cave and pay them, they may even sue..which is why we are big here on statute of limitations..showing in court or they will win automatically..and all that.
