yeah they can and will. legal or not..they accrue interest at the original contract default rate. one of mine is 29.99. 78$ a month interest...so if i paid 100$ a month..i figured it would take me 25 YEARS to pay off 3,000 or so. now up to over 5,000. thats why no one can catch up..or make a dent. interest and fees r bs and their way of making profit. if they truly cared about being paid off.,,they would fix this. but then..its my own stupidity for signing up for one where below i signed the line..."this entitles us to f*** u over for the next 50 years" and i didnt see it. great idea to have those reports. :) good goin..cleaning those reports up!
