Better yet...since this is not you're debt and this is just plain blatant harassment...do what a friend of mine did ...just FORWARD his calls to the local Police Department, not 911, most Police Deparments have a non-emergency number..Worked like a charm...and there's really no need to talk to this guy's supervisor...He or she is in on it..you know the bad cop, good cop routine.
