Am I required to answer there questoner? sent from the company by regular mail after the judgement. I currently have severel judgements and never recieved a questioner before. What would you do? If you don't do any of that, then they get to send questions: Asking for your income (NONE) bank account information (NONE- you will close account) rent or mortgage payment, etc They will soon discover that you are judgment proof- probably will go away for a while. Judgments can hang around for a while- so best to try to avoid letting them win. When you figure out your date of last payment we can let you know if you are past sol. If you are, then they will lose as long as YOU FIGHT BACK. You have to assert your defenses or you lose them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
