Just curious as to who they are using for their attorneys. They have assigned Mann Bracken out of Atlanta to work our case. We are going to file a "Request for Documentation" with the court on Monday. We want Midland to produce the documents showing we owe the debt. According to what we have read on this, if they do not produce through the courts, then we can request a dismissal. They will have 30 days to do this. We wish we knew this before hand since they seem to not have the documents. We could have already had this settled. Instead we have to wait another 30 days!!
