im filing in the next few weeks and i was wondering what the trustees will say about my income.im single head of house hold with 2 kids i made 23,000 last year, 18,000 the year before that im about 10,000 in debt. i waitress for a living and with the economy being as bad as it is my pay is not a gaurentee. do you think they will deny my bk request? im really scared about this!
