Only the ORIGINAL CREDITOR can issue a 1099c. Even if the original creditor does issue a 1099c, if you can prove that you are insolvent at the time of they "forgave" the debt, you do not have to pay taxes on it.
Your accounts are charged off. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A 1099c FROM ANYONE. Sleep sound tonight.
