I am being sued by Discover Card. I have tried to pay them what I can. Three years ago I had to quit my job to take care of my elderly mother who has numerous health problems. I am a single mother who gets child support. I had to aknowledged to the court and the attorney for Discover Card that I owe the debt. I told them the situation that I was in. I even sent them a letter from my mom's dr. telling them that I was her caregiver. I did this because I promised my dad on his death bed that I would take good care of mom. Today I got a letter from Discover Card Attorney stating the judgement they want the court to rule on. They said that they symphasize with me but it is no excuse to not pay my debt.

I have numerous health problems. I don't know what to do. I own nothing. I live with my mom.

Please give me some advice on what to do!

Thank You
