If I should work out a payment with a CA's lawyer, can they still try and seize my banking account..and why would they want to seize it any way when theres not much money in it. and can they do this with out my knowing it. This should be against the law to be able to mess with some ones banking account. How would they get the info. they needed? I'm full of Q's
