Moving to Florida

I am in NYC right now and working. All my credit card charges from various banks have been charged off. I am now getting letters from Attorneys. I did receive what seemed to be a summons, but didn't have a court date on it. It only said to appear and make arragements for payment. I am moving to Florida in a few weeks. My debt is over 50,000.00. I own a small manufactured home there and I don't want to lose it. I was going to file bankruptcy when I got there, or do I wait til they find me?
